Clutch Industries adds to range of Dual Mass Replacement Clutch Kits

Dual Mass Replacement options have been released for Mitsubishi Pajero NM & NP models 2.8ltr Diesel and 3.5 ltr V6 Petrol. The CI Clutch Kit part numbers are DMR2336N and DMR2476N.

The Dual Mass Flywheel configuration was designed primarily to absorb the idle vibrations found in engines that exhibited surging idle characteristics. Engine pulsations can be transferred through to the gearbox and this presents as a noise, gear rollover rattle, heard at idle. This is common in high compression engines such as diesels and high performance power plants. While CI offer a range of Dual Mass Flywheels, the cost in Aftermarket Applications can be very high, requiring a more viable option.

After extensive research, development and testing Clutch Industries have further raised the bar with the performance of its Dual Mass Replacement Kits. Not only are they economical they are the benchmark in DMR performance.
