Perth success for CI

In early 2007 Clutch Industries opened a Service Center in Perth WA. Centrally located in Belmont, the facility was designed to complement existing CI distributors by providing a higher level of service in three key areas:

• Quick response by Local Representation
• Inventory Support
• Technical Resources

CI appointed Jim Nelson as State Manager. Jim is one of the most highly regarded Clutch experts in the industry and brings over 20 years experience in Brake and Clutch to our WA Distributors. A fully equipped test facility was established with state of the art communication to the CI engineering facility. This means that CI Distributors could receive and deliver the best technical support instantly.

18 months later the CI service centre has delivered on its purpose. Market share via distributors has increased, staff expanded and service levels in all areas have lifted. This has been our experience where ever a service center has opened.

CI now maintains Service Centers in WA, Victoria, NSW, SA, Queensland and Auckland New Zealand.
